General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
A risk log register may be a good handy tool for larger projects, but for the size of a project like IKON it's a bit 'heavy'...
