General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
I would suggest to split this page into two parts:
ReplyDelete1- one page to better explain the different roles of people involved: involved in ICT (with the decision to be made about who will be in charge of managing and maintaining ICT: in-house or buying external?) and the main questions about the end-users involved (medical staff, teachers, etc) about the different levels of involvement with the ICT and their responsibilities for the common good.
2- a different page about the knowledge management part.
I think that this would really help in facing different crucial questions: from one side "who is involved in what, which are the main responsibilities and which is the right balance between internal and external management" and from the other side "which is the best way to share information and resources".
