General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
IKON’s project manager:– “Also a very simple but effective guideline, which can help a pm to easily assess the project’s progress and impact without having to rely on, or wait for more elaborate evaluations.”
