General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
IKON’s project manager:– “Again, it is nice to know that you could work this way. But I doubt that we could practically be so thorough… It has to be balanced with my other project manager tasks. It would probably require me to spend too much time on paper work.”
ReplyDeleteFrom CIRCUM: this activity is strictly related with B178 (pre-phase, identify application evaluation criteria). The acceptance criteria probably are a more specific detail of those criteria already defined and agreed in the pre phase. During the run phase, the project manager has to verify if all the relevant aspects are monitorized in order to provide input for change management and lesson learned, during the project, and to contribute to the final evaluation.
