General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
From our experience, it is difficult to define measurables indicators and metrics at this point of the project. We can define generic events/actions/data to be measured/analyzed, but before defining the expected results in terms of metrics it would be better to collect data for some testing months, in order to be sure to avoid peak situations and to be able of providing the right interpretation to each data collection.
