  1. IKON's project manager says: "The language issue should not be underestimated here. In many african countries, there are sometimes dozens of different local languages. It is important to address this issue before AND during project implementation."

    1. I'd suggest to merge this page with its omologous (Programme Manager Run, A85), because there are some useful information not included here.

    2. In the main audience list I'd remove the last two (end users and beneficiaries) because already included in the previous point.

    3. From our experience with CIRCUM project, we highly recommend to schedule periodical (e.g.monthly) meetings in order to be sure that all the involved people really communicate to each other, especially when they come from different organizations. Also it would be necessary that the participants to the meeting communicate to their teams what have been discussed. It would be convenient if these meetings continue in the post project phase, in order to create a common view and the attitude towards cooperation.
