General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)

ReplyDeleteEven though IKON´s project manager, is already familiar with many of the skills and recommendations given, there are some of the guidelines he considers especially relevant.
IKON’s project manager: ‘only plan in detail as far ahead as is sensible at the time’ – “It is important for project managers to build in flexibility. You can not erase risks and uncertainties by planning long ahead to the very detail – in fact this may even bring you into trouble if unexpected things happen.”
