General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
Discussing with CIRCUM project manager, we realized that this chart needs some more clarification.
ReplyDeleteIf it aims to describe some "special meetings" to be run when it is time to move to the next project stage, it has to be explained that they are special events in the project flow. In this case it would be important a direct connection with the "evaluation/acceptance criteria" (B178 and B191). Also it would be important to explain what is a "Project Case Document". Another question: why next project phase should require additional resources/funding?
About Project Case Document, the question in the previous post can be better explained as: why do we have to consult/update the general project description document? Is this because we are working on a "change"? If this is the case, wouldn't be better to talk of Change Management instead of Reporting and Meeting?
