General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
I share the expressed preference for Open Source SW, but it should be explained that especially in (rural areas in) developing countries it may be very difficult to find support. Personnally I would rather state that one should choose SW solutions for which one is sure that support is available.
