General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
Risks Governance - Strategic Risks
ReplyDeleteGood and complete list of risks, and some guidelines on how to minimize them. I find it hard to evaluate its usefulness though, as it may be that each situation may require more attention for specific points. E.g. in some cases, ownership is the key issue, while in others championship may be more crucial.
