General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
For 3rd paragraph on impact analysis:
ReplyDeleteThe development impact is measured by capturing the users' opinion of the project. The following dimensions are used to give an indication of the development impact:
Awareness: are users more aware of eg. the possibilities of ICT?
Empowerment: do the users feel empowered through the project?
Economic impact: did users gain or expect to gain economic benefits (such as income and employment?
Organisational / Sector impact: do the users experience any changes in their organisation or sector?
