General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
Project mgr IKON: “These are very useful and important guidelines. We took into account most of the recommendations. Especially the tip to use people who can ‘advocate and convince others’ is important in a project like ours: in the regional hospitals we focused on persons who could help us to move fast and on persons who have decision power. So we targeted the persons who already had worked with us on the IKON project, the so-called IKON-coordinators within the hospitals, and we also targeted the directors/adjuncts. These people were chosen to be in the management committees per hospital, as they can facilitate local decision making. And the directors especially will also have a large responsibility after the project as they are the ones who can decide whether the activities will be taken up by the hospital budget later on, or not.”
ReplyDeleteNot entirely clear what is meant with the first sentence ("The outcome should..."). The outcome of what?
