General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
IKON's project manager: "Overall, this chapter is good as a kind of checklist for the project manager. But it is too elaborate and too detailed to use it by the letter in our settings and on the scale of the IKON project. It would be a waste of time and lots of paperwork. I also would like to stress once more that managing a project in the west-african setting cannot be done in a too formal way. For instance formalizing human relations too much in our context can handicap or even endanger a project's success. Managing and dealing with social and community aspects is much more important in our society. A level of formalisation is good, but it should be very flexible and moderate. We would much more often recur to social links in order to solve a situation than to look for administrative or formal solutions."
