General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
Slide B183:‘Break your plan down into phases’.
ReplyDeleteIKON’s project manager: – “This helps a project manager to set milestones and have at least some kind of step by step approach – though in reality of course things may be a little bit more complex. Often, you are working towards different milestones at the same time, and phases can overlap…”
Slide B193:‘Use your plan as a communication tool’
ReplyDeleteIKON’s project manager:– “Very good suggestion. I’ve been doing that, but in a more intuitive manner. The recommendation to do it methodologically is very good, as it can help a project manager to better convince and align the different stakeholders round a shared vision.”
"use your plan as a communication tool": CIRCUM Project manager is using it as an "internal" communication tool, to align responsibilities and tasks of the members of the two different local organization. It is like an "handbook" of what it is necessary to do and sometimes helps in remembering actions to be performed. It is quite difficult to update it and make changes.
