General Comments
With comments that are applicable for more than one slide: post the comment on the first slide where the comment is applicable, and give the numbers of the slides that are also affected by the comment. For comments for the whole reference model, post them on the first slide (X1)
Experience in Ivory Coast shows us that this is a crucial activity. When more than one single organization was involved in the project, it might be difficult to continue working together after the project is finished. Each of the different parties often try to provide the less support and get the more advantages. It is necessary that the project initiator continues to work closely with local leaders and authorities to assure cooperation and mutual support in the community.
